Refund & Cancellation Policy

At House of Raynn, we value your satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.

• To cancel your order, please email us at orders@houseofraynn.com with your order number.

• Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

• Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method.

Returns & Exchanges

• Examples of Personal Information collected:

• We accept returns only in case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

• ⁠Requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product via email at returns@houseofraynn.com.

• ⁠Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• ⁠Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Store Credit

• We do not offer cash refunds on returns. Approved returns will be issued as store credit only.

• After receiving and inspecting the return, a store credit voucher (if approved) will be emailed to you within 7–10 business days.

• Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used towards any future purchase on houseofraynn.com.

• ⁠Shipping charges are non-refundable and not included in store credit value.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale, discounted, and personalized items are not eligible for return or store credit unless damaged or defective.

Late or Missing Store Credit

• If you haven't received your store credit voucher within 10 business days of approval, please contact us at support@houseofraynn.com.
