House of Raynn was founded by Sreemoyee Rayna Sharma, a visionary entrepreneur whose journey has always been about merging purpose with design. An alumna of IIM Bangalore with over 16 years of experience across social impact, brand strategy, and the venture capital ecosystem, she has mobilized over ₹1500 crore in capital while leading transformative initiatives in India and abroad. Today, she brings that same discipline and passion into fashion. For Sreemoyee, clothing is more than fabric — it is a language of identity, dignity, and aspiration. Growing up close to India’s weaving legacies and later working at the intersection of business and impact, she saw a glaring gap: professional women in India lacked clothing that reflected both their ambition and their cultural roots.
